These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of tokens&, operated by tokensand, LLC. tokens& helps builders choose AI/devtool stacks, publish projects, find credits and programs, and helps companies measure privacy-safe developer adoption intelligence.
For legal or privacy questions, email privacy@tokensand.app. Commercial, procurement, security, DPA, MSA, and SLA requests should use the buyer workflow.
Use accurate information, respect other users, and publish only content you are allowed to share.
Create and manage workspaces, product claims, programs, tracking, and exports only with proper authority.
Forecasts, recommendations, rankings, ROI, and agent outputs are decision support, not guarantees.
By accessing or using tokens&, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use tokens& on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and manage the relevant workspace, product claim, program, or integration.
You must be at least 13 years old to use tokens&. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, securing your credentials, and all activity that occurs through your account or authorized API keys.
Company workspaces, claimed products, enterprise analytics, tracking keys, CRM context, exports, and reports are permissioned by organization. You may invite team members only if you are authorized to do so, and you may not access or attempt to access another workspace without permission.
tokensand, LLC may ask for verification before approving a product claim, public company profile, partnership program, or enterprise workspace. We may remove or restrict claims, profiles, links, or programs that appear inaccurate, unauthorized, misleading, unsafe, or abusive.
tokens& includes public surfaces such as developer profiles, published projects, saved public stacks, tool and product submissions, product claims, reviews and comparisons, events, perks, challenges, and launch pages, badges, rankings, reports, and share cards. Public content may be visible to users, customers, search engines, answer engines, and people who receive shared links.
You keep ownership of content you submit or publish. You grant tokensand, LLC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, analyze, rank, recommend, distribute, promote, and create derived operational metadata from that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and market tokens&. For private workspace data, this license is limited to providing and supporting the service and any applicable customer agreement.
You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and disclosures needed for content, links, logos, code, screenshots, product claims, event information, referral copy, sponsored opportunities, and program materials you submit.
tokens& may support credits, perks, events, challenges, launches, handoff cards, referral links, rewards, and sponsored opportunities. You must follow the rules displayed for each program and disclose sponsored/referral disclosure clearly when sharing compensated, incentivized, or rewarded links.
Sponsored placement cannot buy rankings, verdicts, AgentRank labels, evidence labels, or verified adoption claims. We may label commercial placements and may reject, remove, or demote programs that create misleading, unsafe, undisclosed, or low-quality experiences.
Launch handoffs may generate copy, tracking links, and instructions for external platforms. tokens& does not auto-post to Product Hunt, Hacker News, DEV, Reddit, Discord, X, LinkedIn, GitHub, CRM, email, Slack, or ad platforms unless a separate approved integration explicitly supports that action.
You agree to follow these acceptable use rules and any additional product, API, community, or enterprise workspace policies we publish.
You may use tokens& APIs, SDK snippets, tracking links, webhook endpoints, and workflow tokens only as intended and only with credentials issued to you or your organization. Secret keys belong server-side. Browser snippets should use only public-safe tracking patterns.
Customer-provided usage events, adoption telemetry, CRM/import/export metadata, and integration outputs must be lawful, accurate, and authorized. You are responsible for notices, consent, and internal permissions required to send data to tokens& or connect external systems.
tokens& provides AI-assisted stack suggestions, rankings, recommendations, summaries, account intelligence, ROI forecasts, experience strategy, and agent outputs. These outputs are decision support only. They are not guarantees of revenue, pipeline, contract value, campaign results, legal compliance, security fitness, or product success.
Write-like external actions require human approval. Agents may recommend, draft, analyze, rank, forecast, or queue approval-only actions, but they should not buy ads, book venues, post social content, send email, mutate CRM, write to Slack, or change a customer product without a separately approved workflow.
These public terms apply by default. If you or your organization signs an order form, master services agreement, data processing agreement, service level agreement, security addendum, or other written agreement with tokensand, LLC, that signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these public terms for the covered enterprise services.
Enterprise contracts may include customer-specific terms for data processing, subprocessors, retention, deletion, support, security review, audit access, confidentiality, service levels, and procurement requirements. See Data Processing, Security, and Trust for public procurement context.
Commercial products, pilots, enterprise programs, sponsored placements, credits, or partnerships may require an order form, invoice, checkout flow, or separate agreement. Public pages do not create customer-specific pricing, renewal, refund, credit, service level, exclusivity, or procurement commitments unless a written agreement says so.
Some features may be marked beta, preview, sample, experimental, or evaluation-only. They may change, degrade, produce incomplete results, or be discontinued. Sample reports and demo values are illustrative unless labeled as verified live customer data.
You may stop using tokens& at any time. tokensand, LLC may suspend or terminate access, remove content, revoke API keys, disable integrations, or restrict workspaces if we believe there is a security risk, legal risk, payment issue, policy violation, unauthorized claim, abuse, or harm to users, customers, partners, or the platform.
tokens& is provided on an as-is and as-available basis except where a signed enterprise agreement says otherwise. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tokensand, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. You agree to indemnify tokensand, LLC from claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, your integrations, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another party rights.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless a signed enterprise agreement states otherwise.
We may update these terms as the product, law, or business changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date above and, when appropriate, by providing additional notice in the product or by email. Continued use of tokens& after an update means you accept the updated terms.
